Best looking male?
Muse had a particularly good evening winning best website for Muse.mu beating off competition from the likes of YouTube and Twitter. They also picked up the prestigious best band award, pipping Kasabian and Arctic Monkeys to the gong. However perhaps the most important award won by the band was best looking male which went to Matt Bellamy. Errr…..
It wasn’t such a good evening for the Jonas Brothers who managed to pick up both worst band and worst album for ‘Lines, Vines and Trying Times.’ Shockingly the band were not in attendance.
You can check out the full list of winners here which include Jamie T winning best solo artist and Smoke Radio favourite’s Bombay Bicycle Club winning best newcomer.

The Strokes have topped NME’s top 100 albums of the decade.
The band beat off stiff competition to claim top spot for their album, ‘Is This It’ which included one of their biggest hits, ’Last Nite.’
The final list was decided by a panel of journalists, music industry experts and some of the top musicians of the century such as Arctic Monkeys whose debut album, ‘Whatever People Say I Am, That’s What I’m Not’ came in fourth. The Libertines and Primal Scream beat them to second and third spot.
You can check out the top 100 on the NME website – There are some absolute gems in there!
Let Smoke Radio know what you think of the top 100 – do you reckon The Strokes are worthy winners? Could Jedward be topping the chart for the next decade?!
